This is the first time These Days went into studio. Recorded 26 songs live to DAT one take at Bebop Studios in Rockville, Maryland. Most of these songs appeared in live shows for the next few years, but none have ever been previously released.

These Days formed in Washington, DC area in 1990 and was based out of Iowa City, Iowa 1991 - 1996. They played a lot of shows. In little clubs in big clubs in frats, in back yards. They played in Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Maryland, Virginia, DC, Tennessee and some other places we forget.
